What Clients Are Saying…

“To the ladies of CDC! I can’t begin to thank you enough for what you’ve helped Devon accomplish. Because of your entire team, he’s made such incredible progress. I can’t believe how far he’s come! It’s hard to think that when he started the journey, Miss Allison was spinning him in a chair, and was able to get him to make eye contact. I can remember ugly crying so hard after a particularly successful session where he was starting to copy sounds. And now he is speaking in full sentences telling me all about what an exciting time he spent with your during a therapy session. We still have a journey ahead of us, but we will never forget your hard work. We are SO fortunate we found CDC. You’ve been so good to us, it’s hard to say goodbye. Thank you for going that extra mile every day and helping this boy emerge from his shell. We will miss you so much!”

“Thank you for all your help with Andrew. You always surprise me with all the advice and guidance you give me. You are the smartest person I have ever met. Thank you for educating me during the IEP evaluations and showing me how to approach the school district. I really appreciated that, as Andrew’s success is my number one business. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming.”

“Thank you to all the wonderful ladies of CDC! We are so grateful for all you have done to help us and more importantly, Charlie, in this past year. You are all awesome people and we are blessed to have met. Best wishes to you in the future!”

“We just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and devotion. Both of you were amazing with Tyler and we are all so grateful that he met you and thrives. Both of you have made such a difference in Tyler’s speech and confidence — making him ‘normal’ for his age. Whatever you do, both of you need to continue working with children. Your devotion, patience and kindness shine through. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help Tyler. He’s a talking fiend and we love it! We’ll all miss you!”

“I just wanted to thank you so much for your time with Blake and me today. Although it’s not the best of circumstances, it’s so comforting to have someone on ‘our side’ who’s been through this and really has Blake’s best interest in mind. Your experience, care and expertise really showed and I am happy to know that he will be in such great hands. I appreciate all your feedback, guidance and reassurance…As a mom who is genuinely concerned for her child, that means so much! Looking forward to our first session next week.”

“We can’t thank you enough for all the progress Joey has made. We will always be grateful to you. Thank you for your loving kindness towards Joey. He truly loved coming to see you and is going to miss you so much!! Please keep in touch!”

“Thank you so much for helping our little boy with his speech and language. You have an amazing place and we are thrilled we got Allison for the last year and a half. I hope we will be back! Thank you!”

“Thanks for everything! We really appreciate all you have done for Jenny! She wasn’t even talking when you started and now…she won’t stop! And we couldn’t be happier! Thanks for all your support and words of wisdom. We’ll miss seeing you every week!”

“You assessed my daughter about a year and a half ago through the Regional Center. At the time you told me that, although you are not a pediatric neurologist and could not diagnosis her, you thought she was on the autism spectrum. I did pursue early intervention for her and eventually did get the diagnosis of autism. The good news is that she has really changed and progressed with unbelievable success. She is now in an early pre-school program though her school district and her progress has become even more rapid in this program. She talks and interacts and looks at people around her. It’s really great. She loves animals so we take her riding at the Shea Center in San Juan and she really comes alive while riding and being around the horses. To be honest, I don’t know if I would have pursued getting a proper diagnosis had you not been so candid with me about what you thought was going on with her. I’ve since met other parents whose kids have autism who did not get the right diagnosis and therefore, therapy for their child until they were much older. I’m grateful to have such a big window of opportunity that I can help her since she was diagnosed at two and a half. You probably work with kids all the time and don’t get to see a lot of the end result so I just thought I’d let you know how wonderful things were going with my daughter and say “Thank You” for pointing me in the right direction.”

“Thank you for all you have done for Allison and me. You helped me understand apraxia and what is going on with Allison. You also helped calm my fears. I’m so glad that we were lucky enough to have you work with her. Thank you and take care.”

“It’s with both gratitude and sorrow that I approach the end of our working relationship. I just wanted to let you know what a profound and lasting impact you’ve had on Joey. Thank you for your conscientious and personal attention to one of the people most dear to me in the whole world. Best wishes in your continued service!”

“Thank you so much for all of the work you have done for Madison and Jake. We feel that they have made a lot of progress in the time they have had with you and we know they are really going to miss their sessions with you. We’re still not quite sure what we’re going to tell them every morning when they wake up and say “Go see Jody.” So thanks again for all your hard work, dedication and support —you will be missed!”

“So many words going through my head – I just can’t seem to pick just a few to tell you how grateful we are to have you helping our son. We are hoping that we will be back soon.”

“Thank you so much for spotting Nick’s enlarged tonsils. I am so glad we had them removed. He looks and sleeps so much better. We are so happy we met you and appreciate all you are doing for Nick’s speech.”

“Thanks for all your help Jody! I can’t tell you enough what a wonderful experience this has been for our family. Not only is Megan incredible with Asher, but I feel like the whole staff has really opened their arms to us and made him feel super comfortable. We’ve seen our boy grow so much during his time at CDC and his teachers at school have told us his vocabulary is well above many of his peers—I totally attribute that to your staff. You have always over communicated everything to us so we know exactly what to expect which has been extremely comforting to me as a mom (particularly when your staff was experiencing some changes and you allowed Megan to continue working with Asher so that we’d be comfortable). I truly appreciate all of you and the work you’ve done.”

What Professionals Are Saying…

“Dear Jody: Just a quick note to thank you again for supervising Katie this past summer. I know that it takes considerable time from your busy schedule to mentor a student. Katie learned so much from you and your colleagues. She really appreciated the planning and feedback that you gave. I want to quote Katie’s feedback as she said it best. “Jody takes time to explain new materials and procedures; she is personable/appproachable/friendly and knowledgeable! She makes sure the student experiences a variety of clients and situations. Overall, an excellent and valuable experience.” My only regret is that you are so far away. I hope to meet you one of these days and perhaps you will consider a student from our University in the future. Thanks again, Jody!”

“Dear Jody: Now that the school year is over, I have had time to reflect on this year’s successes and victories. One of the most impactful was your support of families at LPPP getting the services they need for their children. I have heard incredible stories of appreciation from them. They are all grateful for the insight and guidance you have given them. Thank you so much for offering your services to our members at no cost. Thank you for your expertise and we appreciate all that you do!”

“Dear Jody: It was an honor to meet you and chat on Saturday. I was unable to stay for the full presentation but what I saw was dynamic and engaging (even for a veteran). Thank you for bringing your energy and knowledge to our Fresno SLP’s.”

“Dear Jody: I just wanted to write a note to let you know how excited I am to be a part of your team (as a consultant). It’s been great fun and I look forward to the opportunities we have to grow the CDC enterprise! It’s been fun spending social times with the team as well. Thank you for the special holiday dinner at the Water Grill. It was fun to celebrate with the ‘old’ team! Thank you for the generous gift and I loved the personalized ornament. You’re simply the best!”
